Landy Santana is the owner and operator of Central State RV and an RVTI certified RV technician. He has worked on RVs since 2006 and brings extensive hands-on experience in the RV repair industry. With a strong background in technical repairs, diagnostics, service management and customer service, Landy has built Central State RV around quality workmanship, honesty and dependable customer service. His experience and commitment to the RV community continue to drive the growth and reputation of Central State RV.

Questions we get on the phone

Do you come out, or do I bring it to you?

Both. Most repairs happen where the rig is parked, whether that is a campground, a driveway or a storage lot. Structural work, full roofs and anything waiting on a dealer part comes to the shop.

What does the service call cover?

It gets a technician to you and gets the fault properly diagnosed. The repair itself is quoted separately, by the job, and you get that number before anyone starts.

Why by the job instead of by the hour?

Because an hourly rate makes a difficult repair your problem. If a fitting is seized or a panel has to come out to reach a wire, that is our time to eat rather than your bill to absorb.

Will you work with my extended warranty?

Yes. We work with all extended warranty and insurance companies, including coordinating parts with a selling dealer in another state when the claim needs it.

How fast can you get to me?

Give us a call at (352) 484-5276. It depends on the day and where you are parked, so the quickest way to find out is to ask. We will tell you on the phone when we can get there.

Can you look at a coach before I buy it?

Yes, and on anything over about ten years old you should. Roof, LP, electrical, plumbing, appliances and chassis, written up with photos, before your money leaves.

My trailer is old. Is it worth fixing?

Usually. Older trailers are a lot of what we do, and plenty of people are still living in rigs we have kept going well past the point somebody told them to trade it in.

Do you work on horse trailers?

Yes. Horse trailers, living quarters trailers and cargo trailers. This is Ocala, so that is a normal week for us.
